critical care units are under increasing pressure to implement Nice cG83, but with limited time and resources, setting up a Rehab after critical illness service can be daunting. For those who have already set up a service, there is often little support or opportunity to learn from other successful programmes. This interactive workshop offers critical care nurses, consultants, physiotherapists and service managers the chance to spend the day really getting to grips with the practicalities of setting up and delivering a Raci service, and learning from the experiences of successful existing services.
