Described as ‘great’ and ‘a really inspiring trainer with so much knowledge’, benefit from Rachel James wealth of experience to build your confidence and improve your management skills.
Rachel has been practising yoga on and off for the last 20 years. She says she is still not very bendy and is motivated by making yoga accessible to everyone.
Having initially trained under an Iyengar teacher, three years ago she qualified as a teacher in the seasonal yoga school. Seasonal yoga is informed by xigong, the Chinese five elements system, and the energy of the season.
Rachel lives in Hertfordshire with her partner and their two children. Her other job is the learning and culture lead for the Royal College of Physicians.
