What is it about?
When all cancer services are facing the shared challenges of redesigning and working collaboratively across cancer patient pathways to meet the new 20 and 62 day targets, this dedicated workshop will provide you with the demand and capacity modelling skills to transfer into your own cancer service. Come together with your colleagues from across the country and gain practical insight into analysing capacity and demand, sustaining your cancer service and putting an action plan into place to effectively manage patients on their pathway.
