These are free to attend and you can book your place by clicking on the Zoom link at the top of the individual webinar home page. You can join as a participant without creating a Zoom account. Complete your details, including your email address and you will be sent a link from Zoom on registering. You will be resent this link one hour prior to the webinar taking place. If you do not receive this link, please do check your junk mail.

One day prior to the webinar taking place you will receive an email from SBK Healthcare offering you advice on the logistics of joining the webinar.

On joining the webinar you can comment in the chat box or ask your questions in the Q&A box. If you’re have trouble joining please do check the advice you have been sent, then call the SBK office on 01732 897788 or email for technical help.

Past webinars can be viewed free and on-demand on the SBK Healthcare website.

Once you have booked your place, SBK Healthcare will correspond with you using the email address you provided at the time of booking. Within one week of the online conference taking place, you will be sent final details of the course including a full agenda, programme timings and your Zoom joining instructions. This email will include a joining link that can be used to access the conference.

If you have not received your email two days before your event, do check your junk folder then contact SBK Healthcare on 01732 897788.

Practice sessions are available and you will be sent an invitation to join one of our delegate practice sessions. These are optional but great if you are unsure of whether your camera and microphone will work on Zoom. We hold several one hour practice sessions across the week when a member of SBK Healthcare staff will be waiting in Zoom to assist you. Please do pop in, say hello and make sure you are all set for the day.

On the day, when you join the conference, you will initially enter a waiting room. You will then be admitted to the main conference room to be registered. Your microphone and video will be switched off when you arrive and you will be asked to switch them on by a member of SBK Healthcare staff (if there is a red line through your mute and start video buttons, this means that they are switched off). Please note that we will be registering attendees in small groups so there may be a short wait.

If you are having any problems with your sound or video when attending an online event, you can access the settings for each by clicking on the arrows next to either the microphone or video buttons. On the SBK Healthcare home-page, each event is listed separately with the price, CPD hours and the type of event clearly set out. If there is no charge the event will be listed as ‘free to NHS’. 

All prices are exclusive of VAT with the exception of on-demand videos which are VAT exempt. On booking a paid-for place, you will receive an invoice and confirmation of your booking, plus a ‘pay now’ button. If you click on the ‘pay now’ button you will be taken to a secure payment page where you can enter either your credit or debit card details.

If your invoice has not been paid prior to the event, delegates without proof of payment will be asked for a credit or debit card guarantee. If your organisation requires a purchase order number to pay the invoice then we ask that you request this and send the PO over to us as soon as you receive it.

Alternative payment methods are:

  • Cheque made payable to SBK (UK) Ltd and send to our office address – SBK Healthcare, 10 Churchill Square, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4YU.
  • BACs Payments to Santander UK PLC, Bootle. SBK (UK) Ltd, Sort Code 09-01-50 Account Number 05321182. Please quote your unique invoice reference (found under the remittance section).
  • Credit/debit card – alternative to the ‘pay now’ button, you can call the office on 01732 897788 and make your payment over the phone.

A full refund of fees will be made only for cancellations received within the first 48 hours of the booking being made. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by emailing the bookings team at SBK Healthcare. Should you need to cancel your registration after this time, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted and conference documentation will be provided. Substitutions for delegates unable to attend after registering are acceptable at any time.

Once you have registered your place our bookings team will be in touch within 48 hours. You will be emailed a confirmation and you’ll be sent a pay now button, enabling you to make payment securely online, we will also send you an invoice if that is your preferred method of payment.

We will then email you in the run up to the event to ask if you have any specific dietary requirements and we will send you an email approximately one week prior to the event with the final agenda and any applicable travel information. On the day, SBK Healthcare staff will be on hand to welcome you at the venue, provide you with course material and your badge, which will state your name, organisation and job title as provided when you registered. You’ll then be shown to the conference room. If you need anything during the conference, please seek out a member of the team.

We are unable to facilitate any accomodation bookings. You can book a bedroom directly with the venue if it has that facility, alternatively we always endeavour to use venues that are centrally located with accomodation options close by. Availability for alternative accommodation can be identified by searching online, for example or and inputting the address and date of your visit.

The attendance fee includes documentation, refreshments and lunch; it does not include travel costs or accommodation.

Substitution of one attendee for another is accepted at any time – please send an email to informing us of the change.
