Jessica Semedo is a Roald Dahl Transition Nurse Specialist at Barts Health NHS Trust, supporting young people as they move from paediatric to adult healthcare services.

Her clinical interests include adolescent health, communication skills, transition pathways and supporting vulnerable young people through periods of change.
She is passionate about helping healthcare professionals develop practical skills that enable meaningful conversations with young people and improve the quality of care delivered during adolescence and early adulthood.
